We are looking for businesses that will still operate even if you (the owner) have moved on.

This may involve promoting someone within the company to manager/director if you currently hold that position. (We would rather not bring in external people if we can promote from within the company)

We want to retain the name and reputation of the company you and your team have built over the years. So a team you have confidence in is essential.

 

3/

Ideally, your business should have a turnover of between £200k and GBP 5 million (or similar in other currencies)
