Not a corporate investor. Not a fund manager. A business owner — just like you.
My name is Bob Parsons. I've spent the last 40 years building, running, and sometimes surviving businesses — in property maintenance, automotive, limousine hire, tyres, private hire, and airport transfers.
I know what it takes to keep a business going when things are tough. I know the weight of being responsible for employees, customers, and a reputation you've spent years building.
And I know how hard it is to find a fair exit when the time comes.
That's why I started We Buy Any Business. Not as a fund. Not as a broker. As a fellow operator who buys businesses directly, runs them properly, and makes sure the people who built them are treated with respect.
Talk to Bob DirectlyI left school and started working. No MBA. No family business to inherit. Just a willingness to learn, work hard, and keep going — even when things went wrong.
Over the years I've operated in sectors most people know nothing about until they need them: mobile vehicle repairs, recovery, a garage, limousine services, tyres, private hire licensing, and airport transfers. I've been through a pre-pack liquidation, rebuilt, and come back stronger.
Today I run Galaxy Cars & Airport Transfers in Eastleigh alongside We Buy Any Business — because I've never stopped believing that the best businesses are built by people who do the work themselves.
Property maintenance — Self-employed from age 23, building a maintenance business from scratch
Automotive services — Mobile repairs, recovery, garage operations and tyre business
Limousine hire — Ran an American stretch limousine service alongside the garage
Private hire — Hackney and private hire licensed, started Handicabs Ltd (later 440 Cars Eastleigh)
Business sale — Sold the taxi business in October 2019 and started Galaxy Cars & Airport Transfers
Resilience through Covid — Retrained as a licensed security officer, kept Galaxy Cars running through the pandemic
We Buy Any Business — Founded to give other SME owners a fair, direct route to exit
I've employed people and been responsible for their livelihoods. When I take on a business, I protect the team — I don't treat them as a cost to cut.
Your business name and reputation took years to build. I'm not here to strip it down or rebrand it. I'm here to keep it going and make it stronger.
Banks won't always lend. I don't depend on them. Seller finance, deferred payments, cash release — I find structures that work for both sides.
We focus on service-led SMEs — the kinds of businesses I've spent my career in and around.
